To make things simple, we've put together a list of potential fees you might
encounter as an applicant or resident. This way, you’ll have a clear picture of any
extra costs, both upfront and monthly, on top of your base rent.

COMPREHENSIVE COSTS (ONE-TIME)
Application Fee: $50 Per person 18 years of age or older
Admin Fee: $200 Per home

DEPOSIT OPTIONS
Deposit Alternative: Starting at $25 Per month
Traditional Deposit: Starting at $2,000 One-time Per Home

Trash Service: $5 Monthly
Valet Trash: $25 Monthly
Pest Control: $5 Monthly
Technology Package: $75 Monthly
Electricity: Based off of usage - City of Salem Electric Monthly
Water: Based off of usage Monthly
Sewer: Based off of usage Monthly
PETS
One-time fee(s): $300 for 1 and $500 for 2 Due at Move In
Pet Rent: $25 Monthly / Pet Pet
